Hi, I’m Betsy, the baker behind this micro-bakery. I live in Minnetonka with my boyfriend, John, and we’ve been lucky to call this community home for nearly three years now. From family recipes to experimenting with new ideas, I’ve always found joy with being creative in the kitchen.

I’m passionate about using clean, nourishing ingredients - while still fully embracing the joy of an indulgent dessert. Baking has become a place of personal peace for me, a way to slow down, create with intention, and share something meaningful (& delicious) for others.
